تحت شعار “عطاء وبناء”دشنت وحدة العمل الطوعي بمؤسسة بنيان التنموية صباح اليوم بالعاصمة صنعاء، حملة دعم العمل الطوعي و خلال الفعالية تم تكريم عدد 35 متطوعاً ومتطوعة من المتطوعين لدى المؤسسة، نظير الجهود المخلصة والعطاء المتميز الذي بذلوه وما زالوا يبذلونه خدمة لوطنهم ومجتمعهم.كما ألقى نائب المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسةبنيان التنموية كلمة أشاد فيها بالمتطوعين وبالتطوع كقيمة إنسانية سامية وسلوك متجذر في ثقافة الشعب اليمني وأكد أن المؤسسة تفخر أن ثمانين بالمائة من الكوادر التيتعمل في مشاريع بنيان هم من المتطوعين وهم سبب النجاح لأنهم يقومون بالعمل الطوعي النابع من الاحساس بالمسؤولية تجاه المجتمع ولا يسعون من وراء ذلك إلى كسب مادي نظير جهودهم ، ولكن من قبيل الوفاء تقوم المؤسسة بتكريم هذه الفئة المعطاءة والمتفانية ،كما أكد أن المؤسسة تقوم بدراسة مشاريع من المتطوعين وإليهم بحيث يكون كادرها من المتطوعين وتعمل أيضا لخدمة المتطوعين ، ومن هذه المشاريع أكاديمية بنيان التي ستخصص لصقل مواهب المتطوعين وتدريبهم وإكسابهم المهارات اللازمة لتحسين أدائهم وخبراتهم ، ومنها أيضا مشروع العمل الطوعي التخصصي مؤكدا أن حاملي التخصصات كالطب والتمريض والهندسة لو خصصوا من وقتهم ساعة في اليوم لخدمة العمل الطوعي فسيقومون بعمل جبار ، ومما تسعى المؤسسة تثبيته مستقبلا لخدمة المتطوعين وتشجيعهم وتكريمهم “جائزة بنيان للعمل الطوعي”كما أكد أن المتطوعين هم جنود في ساحة التنمية وأننا لن نستطيع الخروج من المحن التي فرضها علينا العدوان الغاشم إلا بتظافر الجهود وخاصة من الشباب أمثال هؤلاء المتطوعين.من جانبها تحدثت مسؤولة وحدة العمل الطوعي بالمؤسسة،آلاء الهادي عن التطوع كثقافة وأنه لو عمل المجتمع بها لكتب لوطنه تاريخا جديدا ، وقالت أن ثقافة التطوع هي ثقافة المبادرة بدافع ذاتي لا ينتظر تحفيز أحد.وأن العدوان قد فرض علينا خيارا واحدا هو النهضة القادمة لا محالة وأن نبذل وقتنا لنهدي وطننا الغالي عطاء وبناء.
Bonyan Development Foundation launches its campaign to support volunteer work “Giving and Building” 2018.
The voluntary work unit at Banyan Development Foundation inaugurated a campaign this morning in Sana’aa to support voluntary work. . During the event, 35 volunteers were honored for their sincere efforts and dedication to serve their country and society
The Deputy Executive Director of the BDF delivered a speech in which he praised the volunteers as a high humanitarian value and deeply rooted in the culture of the Yemeni people
He stressed that the BDF is proud of 80 percent of the stuff are volunteers in the construction projects and they are the reason for success because they are doing the voluntary work stemming from the sense of responsibility towards the community and they do not seek to earn money for their efforts. However, the BDF honored for their sincere efforts
He also affirmed that the BDF is studying projects of volunteers These projects include Banyan Academy, which will be dedicated to honing volunteers’ talents, training and skills to improve their performance and expertise
Besides, he said if the people of Medicine, Nursing and Engineering devote an hour of their time to volunteer work, they would do a great job, which the Foundation seeks to install in the future to serve volunteers and encourage them and honor them “Award for constructive work for voluntary”
Furthermore , He also stressed that volunteers are soldiers in development area ,and that we will not be able to get out of the tribulations imposed by brutal aggression, but concerted efforts, especially from young people such volunteers
Then the responsible for volunteer unit in the BDF, Alaa Hadi said volunteering as a culture and if the community work in volunteering, they will write their homeland and their new history. She also said the culture of volunteerism is the culture of initiative, self-motivated does not wait to stimulate. In addition, volunteering this aggression has imposed upon us one option: which is the coming renaissance to make our time for precious and constructive gifts from our country
