في جريمة مروعة يندى لها جبين الانسانية أقدمت قوات التحالف بقيادة السعودية ظهر اليوم عبر طيرانها الحربي بشن غارتين حربيتين متتاليتين على مخيم النازحين بمديرية الحالي بمحافظة الحديدة نتج عنها ٢٤ شهيدا وبضع وثلاثون جريحا كإحصائية أولية معظمهم من الأطفال والنساء مع العلم أنه تم إبلاغ الأمم المتحدة بأن المكان مخيم للنازحين وقد قامت المنظمات الدولية بزيارة المخيم أكثر من مرة . ولم تكن هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يقوم فيها التحالف باستهداف النازحين حيث وسبق أن تم قصف عدد من مخيمات النازحين في عدد من المحافظات في حجه وتعز مشكلا بذلك جريمة حرب و انتهاكا صارخا للقانون الدولي والإنساني ومختلف المواثيق الدولية
إننا في مؤسسة بنيان التنموية أمام هذه المجزرة وأمام كل المجازر التي طالت المدنيين و النازحين في اليمن ندين ونستنكر ذلك بشدة ونعتبره جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية تستوجب المساءلة ومعاقبة الجناة.
ونعبر عن أسفنا الشديد من صمت المجتمع الدولي والإنساني عن كل هذه الجرائم ونطالب كافة المنظمات الدولية والمحلية وعلى رأسها منظمة الأمم المتحدة والوكالات التابعة لها بتحمل مسئولياتها القانونية والإنسانية والقيام بإجراء تحقيق لهذه المجزرة المروعة ولكل المجازر والانتهاكات التي استهدفت المدنيين و النازحين في اليمن ومختلف البنى التحتية والمنشأات المدنية والحيوية عبر لجنة تحقيق مستقلة بما يضمن إحالة الجناة إلى العدالة .
كما نطالب بالوقف الفوري للعدوان الغاشم ورفع الحصار الجوي والبحري على الشعب اليمني والتخفيف من معاناة أكثر من ٢٠ مليون إنسان بسبب الحرب والحصار

Bonyan Development Foundation (B.D.F) condemns targeting displaced persons in Al-Hali district, Al-Hudaydah Governorate.
In a horrific and shameful massacre, the forces of Saudi-led coalition launched tow consecutive air strikes on displaced persons camp in Al-Hali district, Al-Hudaydah Governorate, this afternoon, resulting in 24 martyrs and 30-some injured, mostly children and women. Knowing that UN was informed that it is displaced persons camp which is visited by international organizations more than once.
This isn’t the first time that the coalition has targeted the displaced persons as it has shelled a number of camps in Governorates of Hajjah and Ta’iz . Thereby the coalition has committed a war crime and blatant violation of international humanitarian law and various international conventions.
We strongly condemn and deplore in B.D.F this and all massacres against the civilians and displaced persons in Yemen. We consider them war crimes and crimes against humanity which entail accountability and punishment of the perpetrators.
We express our utmost regret at the silence of the international community in the face of these crimes. We ask for all international and local organizations, chief among them the United Nations and its agencies to assume their responsibilities and to carry out investigation concerning this horrifying massacre and others which have targeted the civilians, displaced persons and various infrastructures and vital and civil installations.
We also demand the immediate cessation of this brutal aggression, lifting of the air and sea blockade and alleviation of suffering of more than 20 million persons due to war and siege.
