دشنت مؤسسة بنيان التنموية اليوم المشروع التدريبي الأول 25 باحث مجتمعي من متطوعي جمعيات ومنظمات و مبادرات مجتمعية في محافظتي حجة والحديدة, يأتي ذلك ضمن برنامج لتدريب 100 باحث مجتمعي , وذلك في مجال البحث الكمي والبحث السريع بالمشاركة والمعلومات القطاعية وإعداد التقارير وذلك لمدة اسبوعين
ويأتي ذلك في إطار تعزيز الشراكات المحلية لمؤسسة بنيان التنموية مع الجمعيات والمنظمات المحلية في الميدان حيث ستقوم مؤسسة بنيان بعمل العديد من المشاريع التنموية في المناطق المستهدفة بناءً على نتائج الدراسات التقييمية الاولية التي يتدرب على إعدادها المتدربين المتطوعين في هذا المشروع
كان المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة بنيان قد افتتح الفعالية بكلمة رحب فيها بالمشاركين المتطوعين وأكد أن المؤسسة تزداد فخرا واعتزازا وسعادة بأن عدد المتطوعين يزداد يوما بعد آخر بالذات في هذه المناطق خلف خطوط النار كما أشاد بالشعب اليمني الصامد والصابر والمكافح الذي مازال يمارس أنشطته الاقتصادية من رعي وزراعة وصيد ليس فقط خلف خطوط النار بل في خطوط النار وأن هذا الشعب الأبي يرفض أن يعيش كنازح في الخيام يستجدي الآخرين رغم الحصار الجائر والعدوان الوحشي ; وأكد أن مؤسسة بنيان ستظل تعمل على رفع قدرات كل المتطوعين الراغبين في مشاركة مجتمعهم في عملية التطوير والبناء ومن أوجه ذلك النهج إنشاء أكاديمية بنيان التي أنشئت من أجل المتطوعين حتى تكون أعمال المتطوعين ذات كفاءة وفعالية

Training 25 community researchers from community associations, organizations and initiatives from our local partners in Hajjah and Hodeidah governorates
The BDF has launched the first training project for 25 community volunteers from community associations, organizations and initiatives in Hajjah and Hodeidah governorates. This is part of a program to train 100 community researchers on quantitative research, rapid research, sectoral information, and reporting for two weeks.
This comes as part of strengthening Bonyan’s local partnerships with local associations and organizations. In addition, Bonyan will undertake many priority development projects in the targeted areas based on the results of the initial evaluating studies, prepared by the volunteer trainees in this project.
The Executive Director of BDF welcomed the volunteer participants and stressed that the Foundation is increasingly proud and happy that the number of volunteers is increasing day by day in these areas behind the fire lines.
He also praised the steadfast and struggling of Yemeni people, who are still practicing their economic activities such as pastoralism farming and fishing in the lines of fire. He added, these people refuse to live as displaced in the tents begging others despite the unjust siege and brutal aggression.
He also affirmed that Bonyan Foundation will continue to raise the capacity of all volunteers who wish to take part along with the community in the process of development and construction. One of the aspects towards achieving this approach is the establishment of the Bonyan Academy, which is set up for volunteers so that volunteers’ work can be of efficiency and effectiveness.
