مؤسسة بنيان التنموية تكرم متطوعيها وتمنحهم التأهيل عبر تدشين وإشهار أكاديمية بنيان.
نظم اليوم بصنعاء حفل إشهار أكاديمية بنيان للتدريب والتأهيل والتي تعتبر احدى وابرز المشاريع لمؤسسة بنيان التنموية .
تهدف الاكاديمية إلى تدريب وتأهيل المتطوعين في خدمة المجتمع في المجالات المهنية والتمكين بما يساهم في تنمية المجتمع وتعزيز الاقتصاد المجتمعي .
وتضم الاكاديمية عدد من الاقسام منها التعليم النظامي دبلوم سنتان بعد الثانوية العامة في مجالات برمجة وصيانة الحاسوب، أنظمة شبكات، قبالة وكذا دورات قصيرة أقل من سنة تشتمل عدد من الاقسام كالقسم الزراعي والحيواني والجيولوجيا والمعادن والصناعات الغذائية والخياطة والمشغولات اليدوية والقسم المالي والاداري والتنمية البشرية والقسم الاعلامي والأمن والسلامة المهنية واللغات .
وفي حفل الاشهار أكد رئيس الأكاديمية الدكتور هاشم الشامي ونائب المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة بنيان التنموية أحمد الكبسي، على أهمية اشهار اكاديمية بنيان للتدريب والتأهيل لإكساب المتطوعين والمتطوعات عدد من المهارات والخبرات في مختلف المجالات التي يحتاجها المجتمع.
وأشارا إلى أهمية العمل الطوعي للمساهمة في مواجهة الازمات والكوارث التي يتعرض لها المجتمع وتوحيد النسيج الاجتماعي وكذا حماية الشباب وتحويل الطاقة السلبية لدى الشباب العاطل إلى طاقة ايجابية إضافة إلى تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وزيادة القدرة على تلبية احتياجات المجتمعات المحلية .
ولفتا إلى أن إنشاء الاكاديمية يأتي انطلاقا من اهتمام مؤسسة بنيان بالمتطوعين وايمانها بأنهم ثروة من ثروات الوطن المعطاء وكذا تجسيدا لمبدأ مقابلة العطاء بالعطاء ورد جزء من الجميل والإحسان الذي يقدمه المتطوعون.
وأكد رئيس الأكاديمية ونائب المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة بنيان أن الاكاديمية ستولي المتطوعين الجزء الأكبر من اهتمامها حيث ستتكفل بتدريبهم وتأهيلهم وصقل قدراتهم مجانا.
وتطرقا إلى الأنشطة والمشاريع والبرامج التي تقوم بها مؤسسة بنيان التنموية كبرنامج تمكين المزارعين في أودية تهامة وبرنامج البحوث والإرشاد الزراعي وبرنامج تمكين الصيادين اجتماعيا واقتصاديا وبرنامج طعام وبرنامج اغنياء من التعفف وتنمية الاسر المنتجة ودمج الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة في سوق العمل إضافة إلى برنامج مكافحة الكوليرا وبرنامج تمكين السجينات.
وفي ختام حفل الاشهار تم تكريم 40 متطوعة من متطوعات المجتمع ضمن حملة دعم العمل الطوعي “عطاء وبناء” 2018م الذي تنفذه مؤسسة بنيان التنموية.

Bonyan Development Foundation honors its volunteers and qualifies them through the publicity of the Banyan Academy
A ceremony was held to publicize Banyan Academy for Training and Rehabilitation that is one of the most prominent projects of Bonyan Development Foundation
Banyan Academy aims to train and qualify volunteers in the service of the community in the fields of professional and empowerment, which contributes to the development of society and the strengthening of the community economy
The Academy includes a number of sections, including formal education, two-year post-high school diploma in computer programming and maintenance, network systems, and short courses of less than one year also a number of departments such as agricultural, animal, geology, minerals, food, sewing, handicrafts, financial, administrative, human development, Occupational safety, security and learning English languages
At the ceremony, the Head of the Academy, Dr. Hashim Al Shami, and the Deputy Executive Director of BDF Ahmad Al-Kubsi, stressed the importance of the Banyan Academy for training and qualification to provide volunteers with a number of skills and experiences in various fields needed by the community
In addition to that they pointed the importance of voluntary work to contribute to confronting the crises and disasters facing the society, uniting the social fabric, protecting the youth, transforming the negative energy of unemployed youth into positive energy, improving the level of services provided to citizens and increasing the ability to meet the needs of local communities
Besides, the Head of Academy and Deputy Executive Director of Bonyan Foundation that the Academy will give the volunteers the bulk of their interest, where they will ensure their training and rehabilitation and refining their capabilities for free
They also addressed the activities, projects and programs of the BDF such as the Farmers’ Empowerment Program in the Tihama Valleys, the Agricultural Extension and Research Program, the Social and Economic Fishermen Empowerment Program, the Food and Wealth Program, the Development of Productive Families, the Integration of Persons with Disabilities into the labor market
At the end of the ceremony, 40 community volunteers were honored as part of the campaign to support volunteer work carried out by the Bonyan Development Foundation
