تحت شعار الرئيس الشهيد صالح الصماد يد تحمي ويد تبني وتعزيزا لصمود الشعب اليمني وانطلاقا من الإيمان بأهمية مقابلة الوفاء بالوفاء وتزامنا مع خواتم شهر رمضان المبارك، تدشن مؤسسة بنيان التنموية عبر برنامجها أغنياء من التعفف، بحضور مدير البرنامج ومسؤول مؤسسة الشهداء والمشرف العام والمشرف الاجتماعي بمحافظة الحديدة عملية توزيع السلال الغذائية لأسر الشهداء والجرحى والأسرى والمفقودين في المحافظة ، اعترافا وامتنانا من المؤسسة والبرنامج لهذه الأسر وأبنائها على عظيم تضحياتهم وبذلهم، وتم التوزيع وفق الآلية التي تتفرد بها بنيان في تسليم المعونات اليهم يدا بيد وإيصالها الى المنازل.
