اختتام فعالية مشروع مؤسسة بنيان التدريبي للباحثين المتطوعين (دفعة الشهيد أبو مالك المالكي)
اختتمت مؤسسة بنيان التنموية اليوم فعاليات المشروع التدريبي الأول لعدد 25 باحث مجتمعي من متطوعي الجمعيات والمنظمات والمبادرات المجتمعية في محافظتي حجة والحديدة والتي استمرت اسبوعين تلقى المتدربون خلالها أربع دورات في مجال البحث الكمي والبحث السريع بالمشاركة والمعلومات القطاعية وإعداد التقارير بهدف إعداد وتأهيل باحثين في المسح الميداني واعداد الدراسات التقييمية التي على ضوئها وبناء على نتائجها تقوم مؤسسة بنيان بعمل العديد من المشاريع التنموية في المناطق المستهدفة وتحديد أولويات التنمية في تلك المناطق.
وخلال الفعالية تحدث المدرب وليد الغشم حيث شكر المتدربين والحاضرين وأكد أنه وبقية المدربين سيكونون سندا وعونا للباحثين المتطوعين في الميدان في هذه الجبهة التنموية الهامة.
تلا ذلك حديث للمدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة بنيان التنموية أكد فيه أن هذه المشروع التدريبي يندرج ضمن الأنشطة التي تمثل رافدا مهما للجبهة التنموية التي تعتبر من أولويات المرحلة بسبب ما يواجهه الوطن من عدوان كوني غاشم وحصار خانق فرض علينا أن نحول هذه التحديات إلى فرص تدفع المجتمع إلى استغلال موارده الاقتصادية وتغيير واقعه من مستهلك ومستقبل للمعونات إلى مجتمع منتج وإدراك أن العدو يتربص بنا في كل ميدان وأن هذه الدفعة من الخريجين قد أطلق عليها دفعة الشهيد أبو مالك المالكي تكريما له حيث استشهد قبل أيام وهو يمارس عمله التطوعي في الجبه التنموية.
بعد ذلك تحدث رئيس جمعية البلد حيث أثنى على مؤسسة بنيان على الدور الذي تقوم في مساندة المنظمات والجمعيات الأهلية ومنها جمعية البلد ; وألقى قصيدة شعرية رثى فيها الشهيد أبو مالك المالكي الذي تمنى لو أنه رأى ثمرة عمله قبل أن يرقى شهيدا.
Conclusion of the project of the BDF Training for volunteer researchers (batch of martyr Abu Malik al-Maliki)
The BDF has concluded the first training project for 25 community researchers from the volunteers of associations, organizations and community initiatives in the of Hajjah and Hodeidah governorates. The trainees were provided two weeks of training, which included four courses in the field of quantitative research, participatory rapid research, sectoral information and preparation of reports.
The aim of this training was to prepare and qualify researchers in the field survey and the preparation of evaluation studies against which and based on their results, Bonyan Foundation will undertake many development projects in the targeted areas and determine the development priorities in those areas.
During the event, Coach Waleed Al-Ghashim thanked the trainees and the attendees and stressed that he and the rest of the trainers will support the volunteer researchers in the field in this important development. This was followed by the Executive Director of the BDF who stressed that this training project is part of the activities that represent an important pillar of the Development Front and a priority of the phase because of the brutality of the brutal aggression and suffocating siege.
